Warnings/precautions

Do not take Cialis together with the drugs used for chest pains or heart problems treatment and containing nitrates including:

• nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Minitran, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro),
• isosorbidedinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate),
• isosorbidemononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket) or other restoring drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers").

The intake of Cialis together with the drug containing nitrite can cause serious blood pressure decrease by thus causing weakening or heart attack. Inform your doctor about any of the following situations before tadalafil intake:

• heart problems or arrhythmia;
• recent heart attack (within last 90 days);
• recent heart insufficiency attack (within last 6 months);
• chestpain;
• high or low blood pressure;
• liver disease
• kidneys disease (or dialis);
• blood cells disfunction such as sickle erythrocyte anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia;
• bleeding stomach upset such as haemophillia;
• stomach ulcer;
• retinitis pigmentosa (inherited);
• penis physical deformation (Peironi disease); or
• you have the disease related to the necessity to avoid sexual contacts due to medical reasons.

Possible side effects

The most widespread effects related to Cialis intake are headache, stomach upset, back pain, muscle pain, breathing difficulties or cold. Usually they last about several hours and stop afterwards.

The patients suffering from back or muscle pains usually feel them within 12-24 hours of Cialis intake. Back or muscle pain usually stop within 48 hours. Inform your doctor if you have noticed the side effect with irritates you or persist.

Other information

Sexual agitation is required for Cialis action efficiency. You will not be able to sense erection by simply taking Cialis.
